The way you don't even come close to understanding what a mercury-like
medium such as twitter is; how it
can never be defined as any and single essence that you can condemn so
blindly.

The arrogance of your presuming to understand Pynchon's opinion about it is
not worthy of you either. The same
Thomas Pynchon who now sells his oeuvre digitally. The same Thomas Pynchon
with his fierce understanding
of how shallow television was and can be as we let it inhabit our minds,
also knowing that great movies and
piercing cartoons exist on it....

If one recent theme of this Plist is preemptive projection of Wrongness,
yours is another example.

As a medium for social good, go read in a book how twitter contributed to
the Arab Spring movement, just for one.

It is too bad, Jochen. There are bad books too and bad emails.
