Updates and extended CFP deadline on International Pynchon Week 2022

Dear pynchon-l,

I've extended the call for papers deadline for International Pynchon Week
2022 to *November 30, 2021*, and in an addendum to the call for papers I've
introduced options for a limited number of online/remote papers at the
conference.

Papers linked there for all these details.

The conference will be held June 6-10, 2022, on the campus of the
University of British Columbia in Vancouver. In the next week or two I'll
be adding information on travel and lodging to the website. You can write
