 So Putin is delusional.  He sells his delusion to the Russian people with an expectation (justified?) that they will accept it.   The delusion: it's perfectly alright to use nuclear and chemical weapons against another country. We'll see what happens. The lesson of the sinking of the Moskva is that the Russian people won't be shielded from the truth forever, whether or not they like that truth.
