What does "ass-banditry" mean here?
Fraternities at college in the US are notorious for sexual goings-on.
Sometimes quite repulsive.
Thinking of sex with a less-than-totally-willing partner as a hunt, or a
game, or as here, a theft of something.
A willing and robust female partner (like Rachel Owlglass in _V._ to some
extent?) who’s into it is a different story, but being able to access the
private parts of a female without making an emotional or financial
commitment, in a marriage-normative culture, would be considered - even by
those who practice it - a form of theft.
Part of a “decky-dance” if you will.

Her mother never told her the things a young girl should know
About the ways of college boys and how they come and go, mostly
go.
Age has taken her beauty and sin has left its sad scar.
So remember your mother and sisters, boys, and let her sleep under
the bar."
