As another early riser has responded,  just like the Georgian invasion.

Let's hope, I'm hoping, that
a muffled but made-known threat re the oligarchs money is the hole card
Biden knows how to play. This
scenario--Kyiv blitzkrieg--- I've laid out has to be in the
administration's mind since Biden gaffed with it
not long ago. ....that early responder friend of mine suggests we may be
considering actually 'stealing' the money
from what offshore accounts it is hidden........????
