All Intelligence from the US DeepArcher State, the one, of course full of
government sabotage and lying lies about the US, intent on damaging most of
the other countries in the world in the name of the US,  as Joseph has
told us (or whatever he thinks he means) and from about all Russian
watchers not even in US intelligence, Russia's plans and recent actions
even before the last two months, indicate Putin has no desire to use nukes.
