In 1986, 115,000 civilians were relocated by the Soviets following the
Chernobyl blast. In 2022, Russian militants say they will “evacuate”
700,000 (!!!) from Donbas due to “Ukraine’s offensive” absolutely no one
has ever seen. How can anyone take those clowns seriously?
