That does not really change anything, does it? From your article:

Like in most democratic counttries demonstrations are usually legal in
Ukraine provided they have been registerd properly. Just out of interest,
how many people do German neonazis usually mobilise for their
demonstrations?

I don't see any scandal here. What these people demonstrate for is wrong.
But they have a right to do so.
