[Reading Pynchon Newsletter] More on Pynchon this year!
Read in your browser
I am glad to be back!
You are receiving this email since you have shown interest in and
subscribed to my Reading Pynchon Newsletter - some of you just recently,
some of you one or two years ago! In any case, thanks a lot for your
interest!
Those of you who subscribed a while ago haven't been receiving mails
from me for quite some time, but I will make up for it now!
My spare time was not sufficient to concentrate on my blog Reading
Pynchon and our newsletter.
I was working on a project for German teachers of History
instead.
But now I am back on track and will send you information on Pynchon, his
works and their contexts regularly, i. e. at least twice a month, every
other Wednesday - our "Reading Pynchon Newsletter Wednesday"!
If you subscribed a while ago and are still interested in receiving
regular information on reading Pynchon and Reading Pynchon
, you don't have to do anything!
Otherwise please don't hesitate to unsubscribe from my mailing list by
clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer or simply hit reply and
let me know. You can re-subscribe any time, of course!
I am happy to start again and reach out to you, guys! If you know of
anyone who might also be interested, feel free to share or simply
forward my mail to a friend.
"Been Down So Long, It Looks Like Up To Me" - if you don't mind me
playing with Richard Fariña's title for his novel (Thomas Pynchon wrote
an introduction to the paperback version): My newsletter has been down
so long, it looks like it is up to me to start again.
I will start, however, with our first topic in two weeks' time, today's
newsletter re-launch is all for you: What do you expect from your
Reading Pynchon | Newsletter? Hit reply and let me know! I am looking
forward to your answer!
In the meantime, if you haven't been consulting my blog for some time,
for those of you keen on Gravity's Rainbow, here's my last blog article
(more to come soon!) on one
of the best radio plays I know: Gravity's Rainbow found its way into a
German radio play: Die Enden der Parabel - officially approved by
Pynchon, of course!
More the Wednesday after next Wednesday!
Take care,
Utz
