AtD translation: "she"?

I think the first “out in” place refers to both Stray AND to all those
girls.  It refers first, most directly, to all the girls who have already
died (and already been forgotten by name, and unnoticed when they cried
their last cries (as least as much unnoticed as when they were sinning
their last sins)).  But Stray has been “out in” all those same places
(except death - yet), and she’ll be out there again, doing all the same
things.  And I think that “out ride” (meaning Stray) is precisely meant to
sound like and play off the “out in” used just before.
