AtD translation: I owe them my continuing survival

The TWIT seem to think Yashmeen is in danger, as she herself does. This danger is vague. Does Werfner and Germany see her as a spy for TWIT or UK? Does her father have enemies? Unclear, but her seductive allure and intelligence would make her a valuable asset. A few pages before she called herself a strannik, a wanderer, set aside, no longer safe in Gottingen. It seems like she would prefer to take the risk and remain at Gottingen but TWIT feels she owes it to them to stay alive( my continuing survival), and probably to work in their service. Twit has given her refuge for years and has let her know she owes them.
That is how I read it.
