How many Ukrainians have to be massacred?

Presumably this particular Whataboutism is meant to imply that a “Russian
massacre” that (supposedly) happened in the Ukraine prior to the Russian
invasion in some way justifies or provides a more balanced understanding of
Russia’s current Genocidal War in Ukraine.

Somehow the whole World didn’t notice that “Russian Massacre” at the time,
and even Russia’s huge propaganda machine failed to alert us about it.  And
even Russia isn’t using it as a Talking Point.  Hmmmmm?
