BREAKING: Judge orders John Eastman to release emails he attempted to
withhold from the Jan. 6 committee.

"Trump’s plan, had worked, would have permanently ended the peaceful
transition of power, undermining American democracy and the Constitution."

This is a massive ruling. Judge has determined that Donald TRUMP likely
committed felony obstruction Congress.

THE MOST IMPORTANT EMAIL may be a memo for RUDY that was forwarded to
Eastman.

"This may have been the first time members of President Trump’s team
transformed a legal interpretation of the Electoral Count Act into a
day-by-day plan of action."

A few weeks ago, John EASTMAN argued in a court filing that if Carter ruled
in favor of the select committee, "it may be the first formal finding of
Presidential criminality by a federal court in United States history."
