A while back there was some conversation about Stephen King, “The Dead Zone,” and David Cronenberg. I believe it was Jerky who mentioned “The Dead Zone” as being his favorite King adaptation.

I just finished reading William Beard’s wonderful “The Artist as Monster: The Cinema of David Cronenberg”:

His essay on “The Dead Zone” was, by far, the best critical analysis of this movie I’ve ever seen! Made me appreciate it in a whole new light. The whole book is pretty good, if somewhat overpriced. (And only goes up to “Spider.”) Anyway, just a recommendation, especially to Monsieur Thibodeau.

OH MANY I AM SO PSYCHED FOR “THE PASSENGER!”
