Nations make all kinds of plans The US has plans for first strike nuclear war and has had plans for concentration camps and plans for torture for war with China. Some plans are contingencies that never go anywhere, some are enacted, some are even good. The US has plans to use Moldova as a staging ground for US troops. There are many plans. Also ...The Zelensky regime lies a lot. None of this comes anywhere close to war with Poland and Germany who also have plans for Ukranian victory, and Poland at least, for a war on Russia. You want good guys and bad guys and the US to  wear the white hat. To my thinking this is self deception backed by insults toward those who see things differently. If you get insulted it is because what goes around comes around.
