Happy New Year, to fellow Pynchonites and carbon based organisms, belatedly!
Merry Christmas too!



And happy Dr Martin Luther King, Jr day today as well.

Thought I had Covid with some heavy sniffles - but the self-test was
negative. Noticed it was pretty close to the expiration date, and there are
a lot of caveats about false negatives - but I’ve been masking all along
anyway pretty consistently, so I’m walking around but not as a
superspreader of anything but joy and so forth.

A little TheraFlu (good stuff, imho) mostly knocked it out - that isn’t
typical of Covid, is it?

All 4 vaccinations and a flu shot may have helped too. It’s probably just
the weather, 40 degrees in Florida is unusual.
