No aides at a meeting does not mean no other attendees, such as secretaries
and translators. Scholz travelled without an aide so I bet
Biden wanted to meet with him in that equal way.
The required admin documentation was surely in place. Only Trump, fave over
Clinton by so many Europeans (and Joseph) since Stein could not win, has
had private
undocumented official meetings lately.

The World Socialist Review says the meeting was secret in order to plan the
