I like the five pages per week pace, but I think we need “buy in” via a
signup. That probably entails a listing of five-page sections with
associated “week 1:  pages 1-5” list for host volunteers.  Don’t start the
ball rolling until the first month or so of volunteers have signed up.  If
sections are not “claimed” or the host is a no-show, the Uber-host(s) can
just jump in.

But if we start without a list of volunteers for specific weeks, it will
soon evaporate
