Divide each CHAPTER (adjust to your book) into sections of about 5 pages
gives the following:

Pages: 9-183 = 174 total pages.

174 pages/5= 35 segments +/-

Chapter 1: 9-22 (13 pages - 2 sections)

Chapter 2: 23-43 (20 pages - 4 sections)

Chapter 3: 44-80 (36 pages - 7 sections)

So, if we want to make it about 5 pages per week (divide chapters into
nearest equal #) starting April 30, we get the following start:

CHAPTER 1:

4/29:  p9-15.   JK

5/6:  p16-22.   Mark

CHAPTER 2:

5/13:  p23-29. David

5/20:  p30-35

5/27:  p36-43

CHAPTER 3:

6/3:  p44-50

6/10:  p51-56

6/17:  p57-64

6/24:  p65-73

7/1:   p74-80

CHAPTER 4:

7/8:  p81- (etc)


Volunteers for ALL of these slots should be filled before we start, or this
read is bound to fail FAST.  Also, it might be better to *speed up the
pace* (10 pages per week?), or people are likely to drop out from boredom.
