Thank you Mark,
The Day of the Jackal was the first "real" or "adult" novel I read in Jr
High School and was integral in my eventual love and passion for
literature.
For those that don't want to take the time to read the book, the 1973 Fred
Zinneman film with Edward Fox is fantastic (but obviously not the same as
reading a book).
I treasure all of you and this list despite the fact that I only interact
with it every few years. Hug your loved ones and let them know you love
them.
