"Excessive bounces"

I had a similar experience recently but not about excessive bounces. Mine was that I was blocked /blacklisted by a web business or ap  called hostkarma which is some kind of protective internet  screening software.  I emailed  the list owner to find out if that ap was being used by the list. My emails started working after a week or so but I never heard back from the list owner.  I’m  including the list owner in my address here. Maybe we will  get a clarification on one or both issues.  I mean excessive bouncing  seems like it could be fun.
