A New England DEA officer named Jarod Forget announced 181 arrests of the
infamous Sinaloa Drug Cartel, but the Globe reports they were mostly
homeless and garden variety addicts, one was caught shoplifting Swiss Rolls
and Jolly Ranchers, another doing donuts in a Camaro in a church parking
lot.

Maybe Jarod knows Hector.
