I am gainfully employed as Electronic Solutions Manager for ProGroup, a diversity training and consulting firm. This means I'm responsible for making ProGroup's intellectual capital available as electronic and online training resources as well as solution design and development and web strategy (and tactics). ProGroup was recently (6/2007) acquired by Novations. Which is very exciting.

I'm incredibly happy there and I'm not actively looking for full time work, for once in my life, so I'm not currently posting my resume for that kind of stuff.

I do some freelance work in web design and strategy and have been making moves in organic marketing and search performance.
