I have the affability to direct me to you in name of the Inter-American Commission of Human rights (CIDH), in order to make reference to its request of measures you will prevent in Raul Javier Gatica please Baptist and others in Mexico.En this opportunity I fulfill informing to them that in the day of the date, the CIDH dirigio to the State by virtue of I articulate 25 of its Regulation, in order to ask for the adoption of urgent measures in favor of the senor Raul Javier Gatica Baptist. Concretely, the Commission I ask for the Government of Mexico:

1. to adopt the measures necessary to guarantee the life and the personal integrity of Raul Javier Gatica Baptist;

2. to adopt the measures necessary to guarantee the exercise of its activity like defender of human rights; and
