By this means, the members –que have not been stopped of the Organizing Meeting of Popular the indigenous Council of Oaxaca “Ricardo Magon” Flowers; CIPO-RFM we have the taste to invite them to participate in the activities that, in the occasion of the visit that the CNDH and other organizations made to Oaxaca proximo 28 of September of 2004, to state the present situation of the human rights in our state, where in reiterated, sistematica and permanent form, the diverse instances of the government of Jose Murat violate the collective rights of the indigenouss towns of Oaxaca, their communities and organizations, asi like the Human rights of its representatives and all those that criticize their government.
The single present repressive situation is comparable with the happened one in the days of Diodoro Carrasco Altamirano, fenomeno that aims to perpetrate itself to get to prevail Ulises Ruiz Ortiz like governor.
We clarified that we are not in favor of any of the electoral contenders, single we are making to the full name clear of those who organize, they order and they execute the aggressions to our communities, organizations and representatives.
By the previous thing we invited them to participate in the following activities.
