Hmm.  Am I correct in assuming that Pynchon fans fall into two different
camps: one of folks who admire the dense apocalypticism of V. and GR more
than the other work--and one of folks who admire the Lot the most?

Personally, I am of the former camp, but in general I wonder if attitudes
shake out in this way.
