Hugo (and others):

There is a very thorough book-length bibliography called something like
"Pynchon -- A Bibliography of Primary and Secondary Sources" which should be
available at any good university library. It covers everything Pynchon wrote
through approximately 1988, including Pynchon's high school newspaper
columns, yearbook photos, advertising blurbs, and selected critical essays
about Pynchon.

Since then, Pynchon has published Vineland and a number of smaller pieces and
advertising blurbs:

An introduction to Donald Barthelme's "The Teachings of Don B.", 1992.

"Nearer, My Couch, to Thee", an essay about sloth, New York Times 6/6/93

"Spiked!", liner notes to the Catalyst CD, "Spiked! The Music of Spike
Jones", 1994

Advertising blurbs for Don DeLillo's " Mao II" (1991) and Steve Erickson's
"Arc d'X" (1993).

Plus a brief note of encouragement to Salman Rushdie in the New York Times
Book Review, 3/12/89.

Is anyone aware of anything after 1988 that I've missed, particularly the
advertising blurbs, which are very easy to miss?
