Info. on Warwick Conference?

I have e-mailed Eric Cassidy already, but just in case anyone out there has
inside info. on the conference at the U. of Warwick, I'd appreciate knowing
any of the following:

1. Registration Fees
2. Housing and Meals connected to the conference (or do we wing it ourselves?)
3. Special transportation arrangements from London
4. Actual (or approx.) hours when panels will be meeting
5. Other associated events, if any
6. Any other tourist-type stuff that's been arranged (back to Baedecker!)

I need to start filling out forms soon (paper!) to keep Them happy.
