Secret Identity of the Koopman!!!

Actually Paul, the possibility of RACTER-as-Koopman did cross my mind a couple
months ago, when a couple of surly people resisted his posts for good or ill...
it brought back memories of sitting in front of the old Apple IIe and having
RACTER rant at me...there are differences though.  RACTER's algorithm begins
to show after a while, his surrealistic nattering becomes predictable, and his
vocabulary is more limited than Koopman's.  However, RACTER's writings have,
at the very least, some intelligibility and narrative thrust, no matter how
warped. Koopman's posts display little of the former and none of the latter.
That is, of course, a compliment.
