And don't forget the immortal opening of Billie Holliday's autobiography
(which I don't remember exactly and I am quoting incorrectly)  - "I knew once
I was able to stop watching TV that kicking junk would be no problem"  or
something to that effect.  I am relying on a poor memory of something read
many years ago and I don't have a copy of LADY SINGS THE BLUES.
