If I did say this, I didn't mean to, not as such, anyway.   I meant only that 
there is a category "post-colonial" and certain authors and works are 
lodged there, for better worse (or more to the point, they are lodged 
there for reasons that are interesting and part of this 
discussion...but not now, must work...)
