viking/penguin to bantam conversion factors

I had too much coffee today, so I sat down and figured out conversion
factors between the Viking/Penguin and Bantam editions of GR.  If
anyone is interested here they are.  These will get you + or - one
page accuracy.

Viking x 1.168 = Bantam
Bantam x .857 = Viking

I'm going to drink some more coffee now.
