Yes, Rachael Owlglass has made an appearance on the show before. In fact,
they made the TP reference obvious. When she first showed up and told
Hemmingway her name, he said "c'mon are you serious, that's a character in a
TP novel" or something very similar. 

It would be a good idea to follow JL show b/c he is a known TP fan and has 1
of the 2 existing signed manuscripts of V. In addition, he has first copies
of all works and is an extensive collector (other additions, translations,
etc....) Besides, the show is a good laugh. His first season was better (more
black humor) but due to ratings pressure, they lightened up the show a bit.

Here's a point of interest, does anyone know the name of the drunk/bum on the
show who always is asking for a dollar? He is tall, lanky, sort of crooked
teeth, appears to be about the right age, could he be, no I don't think so,
but a point to ponder.

Sorry this is so curse, I'm in the middle of studying for finals and don't
have time to be more eloquent.
