Someone on this list suggested to the mass the book WONDER BOYS, by Michael
Chabon. I'd like to thank you, whoever that was. I just finished the book.
It was a touching & funny romp through the often twisted world of the
writer in academia. Very illuminating. My favorite bit: "the midnight
disease" & the whole dead animal thing. That guy Tripp is a walking
disaster area!
