I wish I had some news.  Dan Schmidt, at last report, was
having technical problems.  Our good and generous new Pynchon
list host offered to help him, up to and including hosting
the new DFW list, but I don't know where it went from there.
And now I think Matt is away for a few weeks.

I will definitely post a message if/when I hear more.
