Perhaps a little facile, but They are not Me. Particularly if I am 
paranoid. Check out P. Bowles short story "You are not I".

Confession:
One of the first things that attracted me to TRP, particularly GR, 
was the Paranoia. As a former genuine paranoid adolescent, it seemed 
to me that here was an author who had been there.
