I don't understand your dichotomy. Great Shape is not correlated with
Intellectual, while Stupid more or less equals Obtuse (however, I do agree
that many intellectuals are obtuse). If you mean you would rather be in
great shape and stupid than to be in lousy shape and smart, I would be
interested in your points of tradeoff. Just how stupid would you be
willing to be if you could be in great shape? Too stupid to understand
Chaos Theory? Too stupid to understand Pynchon? Too stupid to understand
Steven King? Too stupid to understand Dick, Jane, and Spot? Too stupid
to tie your shoes? Just curious.
