Trading with the Enemy

There was a book entitled _Trading with the Enemy_ that is devoted
to this subject (although it may be more general in scope than just
WWII).

It was writen, I believe, by Charles Higham, the author of a
controversial biography of Tyrone Power and other film books.

Anyone read it?

It got a good review wherever I had seen it reviewed, probably the
SF Chronicle.

Although I read the review years ago, my interest in the book was
piqued by reading GR.  It tried to buy it last year, but it had
gone out of print. Barnes and Noble said they had it remaindered,
I couldn't find it.
