     OK.  The seven wives of Artie the Shaw:

     '40 Lana Turner

     The Turner/Gardner connection, interestingly enough, goes deeper than 
     the husband they had in common:  Both women had affairs with that 
     nasty ol' mobster Johnny Stompanato, who was skewered by Turner's 
     daughter Cheryl Crane in 1958.  Bet *they* had a lot to talk about at 
     parties.
