Actually, WASTE's ISP seems to have the hiccups. In case any of you have
noticed, all the repeated messages, even though they claim to be from
the original posters, have messages IDs showing psi.net, which is the
ISP for WASTE. I've sent mail to folks who should be able to handle it.

Contrary to some people's suggestions, Steelhead's fury doesn't seem to
be the cause for this problem :-). But we do get to read him again and
again until we all agree with him.
