I think the problem is actually between PSI and one of their other
customers and is showing up because their mail is misconfigured and one of
their users is subscribed to the list. No one's mentioned this problem
showing up on our other lists.. If someone receives one of the repeats
directly (as in not sent by the list), please forward the message to me
with full headers so I can try to take a look at it.
