Barefoot in the head

Just thought I'd mention that the title _Barefoot in the Head_
is that of a great novel by Brit SF writer Brian Aldiss. The
book concerns the aftermath of the "Acid Wars", in which the
prime weapon was airborne hallucinogens with effects similar
to LSD.  The book--written 1969, and read by me that same year--
is a great example of the "New Wave" in SF, which caused so
much consternation back then among conservative readers and writers.
Not sure if the other titles mentioned derive therefrom.....
