Yeah, I saw the film but haven't read the book, so I can't compare.  Very
convoluted, confusing "plot," if that's the right description for the
story line.  Nice, clear print.  It was reportedly restored at the request
of, and with the financial backing of, Jerry Garcia, who considered it his
favorite film, but the work was only completed shortly after his death
last year.  Bummer, huh?
