Khirghiz Light

I believe I saw a news item the other day that Khirghiz is now officially
"Kirghiz" in order to de-Russify its spelling (or something like that).

Anyway, I would love to think that there is a Light somewhere that people
might trek to find as they trek to find Enlightenment in various places,
from Nepal to the Bermuda Triangle.

But perhaps more to the metaphorical point of the song is what happens after
transcendence--the Dark Night of the Soul, perhaps?  Pig Bodine's "Doper'
s
 Lament" is about much the same thing.
