WASTE and the net

The net isn't at all like WASTE, rather the opposite. The thing about 
WASTE is that it exists as opposition to the government monopoly - 
content with ordinary post is not regulated either, remember. If one 
was to cut out telephones and service providers somehow, then 
maybe....
