hudson bell is a 21 year old male that spends most of the year at the
university of mississippi in oxford, ms.....home of Rowan Oak and such ....
        his parents are in danville, ca- which is in the bay area and is for
the summer....gettin healthy once again
        before that his folks lived in little rock for a 3 year stint
        before that, lived in lexington,ky from 7th grade until graduating
from henry clay high school.....then after summer and depart to oxford,
parents to lr
        but was born in baton rouge, la, living there until the 7th grade
move to lexington.

        he plays music and writes and videos and creates
        4track tapes---plus is in a oxford band
        the usurpers----playing gtr and singin....
        
        also writing a book---been about seven months working off and on--
        title at the moment being---'homemade adrenalin'

        began reading pynchon in 11th grade--
        first was crying of lot 49----which brought on addiction
        then V. and Vineland and Slow Learner---the next years or so
        then last december and january Gravity's Rainbow
        which was amazing-----

        just finished Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace---
        good but doesn't stand like GR----more surfaced
        and Dead Babies by martin amis---grippingly great

        right now reading:   'Time's Arrow' martin amis
                      rereading 'Crying of Lot 49' tp
                             'Atom' isaac asimov
                some book ---'Genius' patrick dennis--picked up for 50 cents
                             'Even Cowgirls get the blues' tom robbins
                            'prayer for owen meany' john irving

        music  listened to :
                                velvet underground
                                big star
                                palace
                                pavement
                                sonic youth
                                polvo
                                leonard cohen
                                neil young
                                bob dylan
                                nick drake
                                the grifters
                                guided by voices
                                sebadoh
                                television
                                richard hell (who just actually published a

                                etc-----list could go on and on--
  and i'm sure have left out important soundz in my life....but the idea

        Am always looking for SUGGESTIONS on any BOOKS or SOUNDS you think
that I would enjoy or just authors ETC----please send me anything you
believe could further me better into existence---
