But Celine *was* a major influence on Bukowski.
Does anyone know whether the Firesign Theater ever read Pynchon? If they
didn't, they shoulda. After all, "In the Next World, You're On Your Own"
is dedicated to Raymond Chandler and Jorge Luis Borges.
