A long and breathless rejoinder by Steely to our soft-tongued hag seems to lead, like 
some conspiratorial juggernaut, to this nugget:

Well, if that isn't enough to muse on (glad to see you haven't, Pynchon-like, lost 
your sense of irony, Steely) for several straight upsetting weeks . . .  
A-nd I think we've got our next topic, merry listers!!!:  we'll call it: X is the Y of Z, 
okay?
