sorry to clog the bandwidth again, I did this a coupla weeks ago, I'm 
doing it again as I unsubscribed and have just resubscribed and I need 
to know if this list still functions and if the majordomo isn't shitting 
me...
so, hello.
I'm cooking up a theory of who Mondaugen is, and I don't know if this 
has been talked about hitherto, so I'll just throw this out as a teaser, 
a proto-string starter: who is Kurt Mondaugen? What is his 'position' in 
V.? What is his subsequent position in GR? Does his identity persist or 
perdure between the two books? In other words, is he the 'same' 
character in both? I think he's pivotal in V. (less so in GR), but I'm 
not entirely sure why or how.
