A quick perusal of the Cornell University Library Catalog shows that 
there's a fairly extensive gathering of Hall's novels on the shelf in 
Olin Lib.  Their copy of _Warlock_, however, is a 1980 reprint by U 
Nebraska P.  The U at Buffalo Library has the first edition, published in 
1958 by . . . Viking Press.

These might be available by interlibrary loan, through your local
